Join us for a revitalizing 3-hour retreat designed to nourish your body and soul. Experience a blend of an energizing yoga flow, strength-building movement exercises, and SOMA breathwork to help you unwind and achieve deep relaxation. Enjoy refreshments, connect with like-minded individuals, and recharge in a beautiful atmosphere. A half day just for you - to fully immerse yourself in self care!

What's included: 

  • Refreshments on arrival and during breaks

  • 30 minute yoga flow

  • 30 minute strength movement exercises

  • 30 minute SOMA breathwork

  • Optional: Add a free 10-minute soft tissue treatment with a physical therapist after the official part has ended
